How? Where? Who took it?
In a lot of cases, the question is simpler and louder: "WHAT is this?"
It can get very bizarre--and in certain cases, unsettling.
I'm speaking here of eerie photographs, mostly from before PhotoShop and A.I. manipulation, pictures that are hard if not (in at least several cases) impossible to explain.
Which photographs out there are still a mystery? Are they legitimate scientific mysteries? And where, if anywhere, does the spiritual come in (hint: in the large majority of them).
They're the subject of this new "Special Report": the strangest photographs I have seen and continue to be confounded by!
