WHEN SECRET AGENCIES MEDDLE WITH THE OCCULT
By Michael H. Brown
Does the government meddle in areas of which the general public is totally unfamiliar?
More to the point, have and do secret agencies involve themselves in projects the public would not even imagine?
Do they pay heed -- especially departments and agencies connected with the Defense/intelligence community -- to what we refer to as "far out" and the "lunatic fringe"?
In a previous report, I documented the involvement of the Air Force and CIA with research into alleged "UFOs." Many surprises there. Documented things.
What about stuff that seems equally or even more bizarre -- stuff that edges into the domain of psychic phenomena? And what about other governments?
The woman pictured here was studied by the Soviet Union. Why?
More on that in a moment. I once penned an article on parapsychology for The Atlantic Monthly (in October 1978). During that research, I came across a cornucopia of various surprises.
Has our own government really traipsed into this dark netherland, which scientists call "parapsychology" but which we know as the New Age and occult? Are intelligence agencies involved with spiritual phenomena?
It's dangerous stuff and it's the subject of this "special report" and the answer is "yes."
